Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Callsheet Pro mobile application ("App") operated by Early Studios ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Callsheet Pro is a productivity tool for film and television professionals to manage callsheets, schedules, and crew information. You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Callsheet Pro offers a free tier with limited functionality and a paid Pro subscription with additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings under Subscriptions.

  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the App, including callsheets, documents, and related data. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure.

  • Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Early Studios and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Early Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time from the App's settings.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by other means. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
