Callsheet Pro ("the App") is operated by Early Studios ("we", "us").

What we collect

- Email address and name (for your account)

- Call sheet PDFs you upload (processed by AI to extract shoot day information)

- Basic usage data (token usage, subscription status)

How we use it

- To provide the App's features: parsing call sheets, syncing data across devices, sharing with crew

- To manage your account and subscription

- Call sheet PDFs are sent to Google's Gemini AI API for parsing and are not stored after processing

Your data is private

- Only you can access your callsheets, crew contacts, and uploaded PDFs

- All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS)

- Your Firestore database is protected by security rules that ensure only you can read and write your own data

- Uploaded PDF files in Firebase Storage are only accessible by your account

- No one — including us — can access your data without your permission

AI processing

- Your PDFs are processed by Google's Gemini AI API to extract callsheet data

- Google does not use paid API data for model training (per Google's API Terms of Service)

- PDFs are sent securely over HTTPS and are not retained by the AI service after processing

Data storage

- Account data and callsheet data are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore)

- PDF documents are stored in Firebase Storage, accessible only by your account

- Data is synced to your device for offline access

Never sold or shared

- We do not sell your data to third parties

- We do not share your data for advertising purposes

- We do not use your data for any purpose other than providing the App's features

- Shared callsheets are only accessible to people you explicitly share a code with, and expire after 30 days

Third-party services

- Firebase (authentication, database, file storage)

- Google Gemini AI (PDF parsing — does not use your data for training)

- RevenueCat (subscription management — does not receive your callsheet data)

Your rights

- You can delete your account and data at any time from the Settings screen

- Contact us at victor@earlystudios.nl for any privacy questions

Data retention

- Your data is kept as long as your account is active

- Shared callsheets expire and are automatically deleted after 30 days

- Deleted data is removed from our servers within 30 days
